Feature · Booking engine

One timeline, every court under control

Badminton, basketball and pickleball go on one timeline; ledger-level arbitration prevents double-booking, overlapping half-courts auto-lock, database-level constraints — not check-then-write.

What the booking engine does

Multi-sport scheduling

Badminton, basketball, pickleball, fitness and golf sims share one timeline, each with its own price and duration.

Ledger-level dedup

A single ledger arbitrates, with database-level unique constraints — no double-booking even under concurrency; overlapping half-courts auto-lock.

Member rates & stored-value charging

Members get member rates automatically, charged from stored value or a punch card, attributed to each operator.

Online payments

Customers prepay online via Stripe connected to your account; cancellation refunds are idempotent.

Check-in & redemption

Front-desk redemption, pending e-transfers and class holds on one screen; the day's orders summarized across channels.

Class holds

When training and private lessons take courts, they auto-hold slots on the timeline, avoiding clashes with drop-in booking.

Buffer between slots

E.g. 15 minutes to clear between two classes.

Per-person quota

E.g. each member books at most 2 prime-time hours a day.

Cancellation & refund policy

E.g. full refund up to 12 hours ahead.

Recurring bookings

E.g. a standing court every Thursday at 20:00.

Member-only slots

E.g. weekday daytime is members-only.
