Yes. Change it anytime in Settings › Subscriptions. To move to another paid plan, choose Select subscription. Switching to Free cancels your subscription, and Free starts when the current period ends.

Every paid plan is free for 30 days. You add a card when you start. We charge the first period when the trial ends. Cancel anytime before then and you won’t be charged.

Yearly billing charges 10 months for 12, so you save 17%.

Active courts, the ones open for booking, count toward your court limit. Inactive courts can’t be booked and aren’t billed, and you can have as many as you like. Linked combos like Full venue aren’t counted separately.

Anyone who took a class this month, or holds a valid membership, pack, pass or term registration for classes or entry. Each person counts once a month. Members who can only book courts or join events, anything marked as a trial, and your own staff and coaches don’t count. Last month’s count goes on next month’s bill.

We never turn members away. We remind you at 80%, and each extra 50 is $10.00 on next month’s bill. When your court limit is full, new courts can’t open for booking until you add courts ($20.00/month each, $10.00 on Signature) or make another court inactive.

No, we don’t take a cut. Online payments go straight to your account through Stripe, at Stripe’s standard rates.

Yes, free on every paid plan. Members don’t need to add their card again, and their memberships keep renewing. Expired cards aren’t moved over; those members need to add a new payment method.

Enter the promo code we gave you at checkout. The discount and how long it lasts show before you confirm. A card is required even when the first period is $0.00. After the promotion, the plan renews at the regular price.
