Booking rules are set by the venue
Each rule below is configured per venue in the back office. The values shown are examples.
- Advance-booking windowExample: courts open for booking 14 days ahead.
- Buffer between slotsExample: 15 minutes between two classes.
- Per-person quotaExample: each member books at most 2 prime-time hours a day.
- Cancellation and refund policyExample: full refund up to 12 hours ahead.
- Recurring bookingsExample: a standing court every Thursday at 20:00.
- Member-only slotsExample: weekday daytime reserved for members.
Court management
Open hours, booking step and prices are set per court. Courts that share a floor are linked.
- Open hoursSet per court and weekday, each window with a price and a minimum duration.
- Linked courtsA full court and its half courts lock together when any one of them is booked.
Court description
Each court can carry a description of up to 60 characters. It is shown on the booking page and on the court card in the app.

Sporvio player app
Venues on Sporvio are listed in the Sporvio app and on sporvio.com. Player bookings, registrations and payments are recorded directly on the venue schedule and orders.

Members and stored value
Member profiles, tiers and a stored-value ledger. Every entry records the staff member who made it, and balances cannot go negative.

Classes and academy
Group classes and private lessons hold their courts on the schedule. Hours are purchased in packages and deducted at check-in, and coaches have their own portal.
