Yes. Scheduling, memberships and stored value, and classes run on one back office. Every booking and registration is an order. Existing members and balances are imported from a spreadsheet.
Once the business is listed, customers book and pay on the business page at sporvio.com or in the Sporvio app. The booking widget can also be embedded on the business’s own website. Staff can also create bookings by hand.
Online card payments settle through Stripe to the business’s own account. The first payout takes about 7 days. After that each payment usually arrives within 3 business days. The payout frequency is set in the business’s Stripe account.
Access is set by position. Each position sees only the pages and data within its responsibilities. Every stored-value change and refund records who made it.
Yes. Member profiles and stored-value balances are imported from a spreadsheet. Each imported balance shows as an opening entry in the member’s history.
Yes. Customers read and sign at booking or on arrival. Each signature is stored with a timestamp against the customer record.

Request data recovery from Help within 72 hours of the issue. Customer profiles, venue settings, courses and schedules, and membership cards may be recoverable. Orders, payments and stored-value balances are excluded. Each request costs CA$49.00 and takes effect after payment. If Sporvio caused the issue or recovery is not possible, the fee is refunded in full. Updates are sent to the requester’s registered email.
