What is Sporvio Business?+
A booking, membership and payments system for sports venues. Customers book online themselves; you run scheduling, member stored value, courses and business data from the back office.
Which sports are supported?+
Badminton, tennis, basketball, pickleball, volleyball, golf simulators and more — no limit on sport type, and multi-sport centers can mix them on one back office.
Do staff use the web or an app?+
Staff use the dedicated Sporvio Business app, updated with the product; customers book through the online booking page or your branded app.
Onboarding & migration
How long to go live?+
Standard migration includes data import, training and a parallel trial run, usually live within a few weeks — the exact timing depends on venue size and history volume.
Can existing members and stored-value balances be migrated?+
Yes. The implementation add-on covers importing members, stored-value balances and court data.
Is training needed?+
Go-live training is included. The system is front-desk friendly; stored value, booking and check-in flows are learn-as-you-go.
Billing & payments
How is it billed?+
By subscription tier, monthly or yearly (yearly includes two months free). Add-ons (stores, courts, branded website/app) are priced separately from the subscription.
Whose account do customer payments go to?+
Online payments go straight to your own account via Stripe, at standard Stripe rates. See Security & trust for details.
Can I try it first?+
Every paid tier comes with a 30-day free trial. You add a card to start it, and you can cancel any time before it ends — cancel and you are not charged. The Starter tier is free forever, so it needs no trial. You can also book a demo first and run it with your real data.
Branded app & white-label
Can I use my own brand?+
The Flagship tier supports white-label: the booking page, back office and sending email use your domain, with your logo and brand colors throughout. You can also add a customer app under your brand.
Is there a mobile app?+
Staff have the Sporvio Business app; customers use the online booking page, or you can add your own branded app (iOS + Android).
Data & compliance
Where is my data, and who owns it?+
Data resides in Canada (ca-central-1); members, bookings, stored value and business data can be exported in full at any time. See Security & trust for details.
Does it meet Canadian compliance?+
Member data follows PIPEDA; marketing email follows CASL (consent records, physical address, one-click unsubscribe). See Security & trust for details.
