Your 14-day trial starts when you create your first club. You can use every Plus and Pro feature, and no card is needed. When the trial ends, you aren’t charged and your account moves to Free. To keep using paid features, subscribe to Plus or Pro in the app.

Yes. Upgrades take effect right away. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period, and you keep your features until then.

Before your plan ends, choose which clubs to keep. If you don’t choose, we keep the ones created earliest, and the choice can’t be changed later. Your other clubs are paused. In a paused club, you can’t post events, manage members or adjust points, but you can export its data, disband it or transfer it. Paused clubs are kept for 1 month for each month you paid, from 1 to 6 months. Subscribe again during that time and they’re restored. After that, they’re disbanded automatically. Downgrading pauses clubs beyond your new plan’s limit in the same way. If a club you keep has more members than your plan allows, everyone stays, but new members can’t join.

Member points are a record kept within your club. You give and adjust points, and they’re deducted when members register for your club’s events. Points have no cash value and can only be used in the club that issued them. They can’t be bought, cashed out, withdrawn or transferred to someone else through Sporvio. Sporvio doesn’t handle any payments between members.

On iPhone or Android, subscribe through the App Store or Google Play and manage it in your store account settings. One subscription works on all your devices.

Prices on this page are in Canadian dollars and are for reference. You subscribe in the App Store or Google Play, and the store shows the final price and any tax at checkout.

An Organizer plan belongs to your personal account and covers the clubs you create for fun. A Club subscription is for one club that runs paid classes, camps or tournaments. It’s priced by the number of coaches and rooms, and includes online payments and class management. They’re billed separately and you can have both. A Club subscription doesn’t count toward your Organizer plan’s club limit.

Each active coach and each active room uses 1 licence. Your subscription includes 2 licences, and each extra licence is $6 a month. Once you reach 40, extra licences are free. Added licences take effect right away and are prorated for the rest of your billing period. Removed licences take effect at your next billing period.

You get 30 days free. A card is required to start. Cancel anytime during the trial and you won’t be charged. When the trial ends, billing starts based on the licences you chose.

Online payments go through Stripe directly to your account. Sporvio never holds your funds and doesn’t take a cut of your revenue. To accept payments, you’ll verify your identity and bank account with Stripe.

Yes. You can pause for up to 6 months at a time, and your subscription resumes automatically. You aren’t billed while paused, and all your data is kept. New registrations are closed, but you can still cancel, refund and export existing orders.

Yes, for free. Upload a spreadsheet or an export from your old system, and students, classes and stored value are imported automatically. You can review every record before importing.

No. Subscribe monthly or yearly and cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period, and you can export all your data before then.

If you organize events and run a club for fun, an Organizer plan is enough. If your club runs paid classes, camps or tournaments and needs online payments, coaches and classes, choose a Club subscription. You can have both.
