Delete Your Sporvio Account

You can permanently delete your Sporvio account and personal data at any time. This is a full account deletion, not a deactivation.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)

  1. Open the Sporvio app and sign in.
  2. Go to Me → Settings → Account → Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account and personal data are scheduled for deletion.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can't access the app, email admin@sporvio.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify your identity against the account on file before deleting.

What gets deleted

We delete or anonymize your personal data — including your profile, posts, comments, messages, photos, and match records — within 30 days.

What may remain

  • Information we are required to retain by law, or that we need to prevent fraud and abuse, resolve disputes, or enforce our Terms.
  • Residual copies in routine backups, which are purged on the normal backup cycle.
  • Content other users have already received (for example, messages in their inbox), and aggregated or anonymized data.
